"Do I need an EV charger already?"

Yes — EVchargeME works with an existing Level 2 charger at the property. The lockbox attaches to your existing setup.

"Which connector should I choose: Tesla, NACS, or J1772?"

Pick the connector that matches your setup. Each box includes an adapter so drivers can handle either plug type.

"How do guests get access?"

Hosts can set a unit to private and share an access code with drivers — no app account required for guests.

"How do hosts get paid?"

Hosts are credited when a session ends, with withdrawals available once funds clear (weekly).

"What happens if a guest reserves and doesn't show up?"

Reservations include a 15-minute arrival window. Missing it triggers a $5 no-show fee charged to the guest.

"What if a session fails?"

If an active unit doesn't work, your next charge is free. Support is available via chat, email, and phone.
